Term and Conditions

1. 1. Customers must ensure that all personal data given are true, and any contrary/false data may render this agreement null or void.
   2. Quest Ghana Ltd has the right to possess the asset purchased under this agreement when customers default in payment for two consecutive months
   3. If the customer fails to pay any installment on its due date, or if any cheques issued by the customer is dishonored, the customer would be surcharged with any bank charges that Quest Ghana may incur
   4. The product(item) purchased remains the property of Quest Ghana Ltd until the final payment is made.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
